Valentine's Day - 2018 Make plans to "Dine Under our Stars" in Downtown Hondo this coming Wed, 2/14/2018. We will have our regular menu available all day and from 4 PM onward we will also feature the below pictured Special Entrees - Pork Tenderloin with Raspberry Chipotle Sauce and Baja Fish Tacos. It's Beginning to Look a Lot like ...

El Restaurante Azteca - Prior to opening 25 years ago, Arturo and the late Alicia spent five years rebuilding their restaurant literally brick by brick. Arturo and Alicia would start working on their "little project" after each had spent a full day working at their regular jobs!

1992-2017 - 25 Years in Business This Year -- This past September 2017, we crossed the 25 Year Mark! When Arturo & the late Alicia opened their business they had a simple business philosophy -- Provide Hondo a quality family style restaurant the city and citizens of Hondo could be proud of. 25 years later we still hold ourselves to this same philosophy. Same place, same family, some of the same workers still working to provide a family friendly dining experience in Downtown Hondo. In this photo Arturo and Alicia were celebrating one of their many anniversary dates with local mariachis! Over the next few weeks will share some old photos accumulated over the past 25 years!

D'hanis Volleyball -- Congratulations to the D'hanis Girls Volleyball Team for making it to the State Championship Round! Quite an honor that I am sure they will remember and cherish for the rest of their lives. We have had the pleasure of having many of these fine young ladies and their families in here from time to time and have seen them grow up over the years. A truly good and outstanding group of young ladies who play together as a team for each other and their school! Good Luck in the State Tournament and bring home the STATE TITLE to Medina County!!
